FBJ's business idea

  • The work should be done properly, and has to create sustained value for the customer.
  • The programs should be tailored to the individual company and the individual manager. Standard solutions can be inspiring, but will not create sustained value.
  • The activities should be inspiring and at the same time stimulate fundamental reflection on the cuatomers side.
  • The customer has to face realities i.e. customers, employees, owners, and find the right balance in their driving forces. 
  • Focus should be on both short term results and longer term development. Not either-Or. 
  • The customer is not always right and should be challenged with fresh constructive eyes.
  • The task, the company, the people, should also be inspiring to me. There has to be a mutual passion, to make a difference.
