The work should be done properly, and has to create sustained value for the customer.
The programs should be tailored to the individual company and the individual manager. Standard solutions can be inspiring, but will not create sustained value.
The activities should be inspiring and at the same time stimulate fundamental reflection on the cuatomers side.
The customer has to face realities i.e. customers, employees, owners, and find the right balance in their driving forces.
Focus should be on both short term results and longer term development. Not either-Or.
The customer is not always right and should be challenged with fresh constructive eyes.
The task, the company, the people, should also be inspiring to me. There has to be a mutual passion, to make a difference.
